Switching questions while submitting to Marmoset #622

Submitter: Tom Jacob Email: tom-j@live.ca When I submit a question/project, and then I click on another question/project The project I was trying to submit doesn't complete the submission process.

Seashell does complete the submission process, but the UI does not reflect that well. We'll try to address this when we clean up the frontend.
