Please add a note to the Readme specifying that this repository is neither maintained, nor is Seashell still being used at the University of Waterloo.

Sources of it being unmaintained: #889 #890

Source of it no longer being used: I was involved in developing the new CS 136(L) courses (the primary user of Seashell) and Seashell is no longer used.
