TOC does not open inside evernote

Instead, a link as below is opened to the default browser.

file:///Applications/Evernote.app/Contents/Resources/common-editor-mac/mac.xhtml#toc:some-code

Does anyone have the same issue? Any suggestion to solve this problem is welcome. Thanks.

It works after I revert evernote version from 6.9 beta 2 to 6.8 mac store version.
