[Suggestion] Change corrections workflow to GitHub Issues #42

The homepage currently says to email cs161-staff@berkeley.edu for corrections, but we usually end up transferring those emails to GitHub issues anyway. Since this repo is public, can we suggest corrections be sent here instead?
