Ok, I think I got this mostly working in 32e10faa6d6959630dd6f18461c2e144115ba4bd
@jmybhm, could you finish integrating this into our Software Organization?
@sherifgerges, we could probably merge the contents of newtons_method.ipynb into milestone1.ipynb -> milestone2.ipynb?
