Done/undone is not working in the newest update. #124

This bug is rather weird, the index enter by user is not capture properly which resulted in the task not executing the done/undone. Futhermore done X-X is not working either. @cs2103aug2014-w10-4j/developers

@cs2103aug2014-w10-4j/developers turns out its seems to be some corruption with my xml file. Delete xml file and resync task, now its seems to be working. Will continue to monitor this issue.
