Syncing breaks if a user deletes his Google Calendar Events list online. #87

A solution could be to make a new Google Task/Calendar list, push all local tasks to the new Google Task/Calendar list.

If the Google Calendar ID is not found, I will try to create a new list and push all local tasks into the new list.
