Display All/Default setting button for the GUI to show all tasks. #94

Because I realise there is no easy way to show all tasks after using the mouse to click on the "links" on the right bar.

@quanyang could do either display all or display the user's default filter, or both.

easy way is to type display

display with nothing after will show all tasks

@quanyang personally i think if you're on the mouse, you want to stay on the mouse. if you're on the keyboard, you'll be sticking onto the keyboard whenever possible.

display all button can help the user enter the "display" command?

i know how "display" command works btw.. i made it (partially)!

@newbishme plausible, but not an important feature, see how it goes, maybe v0.4. I think autocomplete has higher precedence.
