Merge 'merge-master' #28

I feel this branch is getting a bit big now, so should really send it to master and go back to developing in our own branches.

Please wait for all checks to pass BEFORE approving this PR. There will probably be lots of errors because not everything has been made linter compliant. (Beware of vans with blacked out windows and a single "Checkstyle" logo on the side sat outside your houses 😉).

Lots has been done in this branch, but please do try to review every file that is in this PR.

SilkBag currently generates goal tiles within the genFloorTile method but that's arguable whether it is bad or not.

Open an issue we can get to solving this at a later date

Past deadline of 4pm, 6/7 approvals. Merging
