EditAlbumActivity - Save Album #64

In the database: All references to the current album should have an updated Name All references to the current album should have an updated list of Tags All pictures associated with this album should be given any new tags

If tags were removed should we also remove those tags from all pictures in that album?

Albums now long have tags, but the name is updating just fine.
