Add A Comment System #73

A doctor has the ability to comment on the picture or album, giving updates, recommendations, or a diagnosis. Create a "Add Comment" view/screen, implement the DB functionality, create a viewComments or viewAllComments screen. Perhaps having another tab on the users main landing page called "Comments" or "Verdicts" is not a terrible idea, which allows them to view verdicts given by a doctor on a skin condition.
