View Diagnosis Requests Logic #86

A specialist has the ability to view a list of diagnosis requests patients have made to them. The diagnosis will include a comment from the user as well as a list of albums that are relevant to the diagnosis for the specialist to view.

Need to implement a viewDiagnosisRequests.xml layout and the ViewDiagnosisRequestsActivity
