The advantage of solo work is that you can plan the entire task yourself, and the modification of the task plan does not affect others. The disadvantage is that it is difficult for one person to complete the entire large project perfectly. The advantage of teamwork is that the team members can discuss issues with each other, and the design of the project is more comprehensive and reasonable. The disadvantage is that the communication between the team members requires a good tacit understanding.
