Pros in team work: teammates can discuss their codes with each others and purpose better idea

Cons in team work: it takes time to communicate with teamates and merge work

Pros in solo work: no communication overheads needed, helping with concentrating on the tasks. Cons in solo work: may be inefficient while encoutering difficulties or working on large projects
