Pros for teamwork: add more advices from different people; it's easier to debug for others. Cons for teamwork: some people don't know the team's process and may be a delay. Pros for solo: familiar with the whole framework. Cons for solo: have bad design without even notice it.

Team work: comprehensive thinking and better to face big project. Solo: better efficiency and clearer thoughts in some interfaces.
