Add a troubleshooting tip when opam switch create... fails with a compilation error for Mac users. Referenced a similar issue from https://github.com/ocaml/ocaml/issues/10275

Hm, isn't installing the command line tools a part of installing either MacPorts or Homebrew, which were previously required in the instructions?

Closing since the instructions already require installing Command Line Tools.
