English translations for Kanji #28

Add a section for showing the English definitions for Chinese characters.

The API used for getting information for kanji does not support Text-To-Speech for the characters, but for example compounds using the characters. The issue has been changed from providing "Text-To-Speech" to simply providing the translations.
