Team 5 Phase 3 - Can not request domestic trade in some cases #407

In domestic trade overlay, after selecting resources to send and receive, the user can not place an offer in some cases (for example, send 1 sheep and receive 1 ore does not allow to offer a trade) It should be a valid trade and be able to make an trade offer.

This was a Client bug that was not previously caught. Fixed.
