Destination Card issue

If you click click get Destination card, and then hit the back button, you can then claim routes or draw cards. It will then cause everybody's card to always display the destination card dialog.

Can you explain this one a little bit more? I tried to make it so that if a player selects "Draw Destination Cards" on their turn, they couldn't cancel that action and had to choose cards to make the game continue.

This is what it looked like when I did it, I hit draw Destination Cards, back, and then draw cards. After drawing two cards the destination cards thing popped up.
