Implement Game Class #5

This issue will be closed when the Game class is fully implemented, with accurate functions to the corresponding Blackjack command (Hit, Stay, Double Down, etc.) as well as a test file.

I just sent the PR with my current progress. Check the commits and comments for info on what needs to be coded still (by myself or anyone wanting something else to code)!
