[Is25] start button #34

I implemented a start button that will switch the game from the setup phase to the attack phase. There are some added changes to the ship buttons that make things look nicer if I am unable to get the random ship placement to work.

Accidentally called this issue 20. This should be called issue 25, my bad.

Reviewed and looks good. Simply adding the button with no functionality at this time.

Adding the button which working is a bit hard, so leaving the button is good enough for now.
