IMPORTANT: Merge this branch only AFTER merging the sonar pulse merge request. There are a bunch of acceptance tests here. If you delete the Counter class there is about 93% line coverage, I didn't add any tests for the Counter class because I did not write it.

I am seeing two else statements in game.js. can you confirm and make sure that looks correct?
