Bugfixes 1liners #81

The following bugs are fixed:

Disable "clear" button if no filters are applied Category Refreshing next/prev/scope button rows touch Datepicker should go away after picking a day Click into date boxes to type Mask text for Go to Year->Day and Month->Day navigation MiniCalendar multiple instance

Tests look good, that's about all you can really test from these bug fixes. I'd edit the CategoryRefreshing class to be CategoryRefreshingTest, but that's minor. Not sure if you need Javadoc/comments for testing classes...?

When I run testsuite, it says 4 tests are failing in SidebarTabbedPaneTest (all concerning the # of filtered categories returned by sidebar.getSelectedCategories()). Is that just me? I was going to look into it.
