This introduces a new notification to support "unfriending" users.
Suppose Alice@CERN and Bob@CESNET are trusted contacts in the Mesh. If Alice wishes to drop Bob from her list of contacts, along with all the shares they exchanged, her EFSS at CERN should notify the EFSS at CESNET in order to propagate there the change and inform Bob.
