Enable a simple wopibridge sidecar service to connect the WOPI Server to CodiMD and other office-like applications.

Additional features:

Fix for the hardcoded values on the wopiserver's wopiurl/downloadurl - cc/ @Daniel-WWU-IT (closes #15)
Customize the wopiserver log level by passing --set config.loglevel option to Helm.

Contributing a Chart / update to an existing Chart

[x] Run helm lint on the chart dir.
[x] (Update) Bump the Chart.yaml version before merging, to release it as a new version.
[x] (Update) If the PR includes new configurable parameters in the chart's values.yaml. Add documentation in the appropiate README.
