`meta` requests have empty responses with master branch #2897

Description

For the edge branch, the recently added meta API tests are passing OK but with the master branch every meta request exits with an empty response.

So these test scenarios will be listed in expected-failures in master branch. That is why this issue has been raised - the expected-failures file can have a link to this issue as the reason for the failures. "some day" it would be good for master branch to have code that passes lots of the oC10 core API test scenarios.

I tried to run the API requests locally but I get an unauthorized response even for correct user credentials. Also, in the ci noticed the following logs (also seen locally):
