expose configuration for cs3iface grpc and http timeout #149

I'd like to be able to increase the timeout of grpc and http calls that originate from the cs3iface

@glpatcern would you be fine with making those timeouts configurable? We saw some timeouts during the last week.

If you're fine with making it configurable, I'll do some QA before marking this PR ready for review.
