Add features: time point, maximal contact pressure for that time point, and simulation length (0 or 12 months)

As a machine learning engineer, I want to have the following:

• simulation length feature, so that I can dive data set based if needed
• time point and maximal pressure for a specific time point so I can train a model that predicts maximal pressure for a specific time point, and we can build time series for the sponsor

Definition of Done

• [x] set_3.csv has simulation_length column with 0 or 12
• [x] set_3.csv has max tibial and lateral contact pressure and time point column
