As an admin, I want to be able to access the database, so that I can update the vendor information

Definition of Done

[ ] I can access the database through a sign in
[ ] I can change, add, or delete vendor info in the database
[ ] I can add other people to the admin list
[ ] Information updates for all users on refresh
