Populate the homepage with required information in the header, body, and footer.

The plan is to bring over the necessary information from the about page and display it on the home page and removing the about page link.

Definition of Done

[x] All necessary information is displayed on the home page.
[x] Styling is added to keep uniform with other pages.
[x] Content is accessible on various screen sizes.
