As a Developer, I need to ensure that there is sound for gameplay

Acceptance Criteria:

• [x] Given the menu item, when a user starts the game, he or she should hear a soundtrack
• [ ] Given a new level, when the user is playing the level, he or she should hear a soundtrack
• [ ] Given a level, when the user is playing the level, sound effects should be heard
• [x] Given a new sound, when licensing is examined, every sound should be under creative commons
