Upon doing research the free version of LanguageTool should work for both the grammar and spell checking needs. We should be able to count the instances of spelling and grammar issues by taking the length of the matches array. Please review the documentation, it goes into further detail about the limits of the free version. I have also added LanguageTool to the permissions in the manifest file.

Should be fixed
