Finally pushed a commit towards the user tracking. Had a lot of issues, had to backtrack on the usage of Google analysis's and Matomo. Updating myself with how to make Django and react front end, still some errors with fetching and getting all the fields wanted. Forgot to document a bunch of the small steps.
