Update models to reflect these new tables #170

Cleaned up Github after its little freak out with not creating but then creating branches last night. Realized that I missed some things that I needed to have in the schema so I made some more changes there and then got started with updating the gorm models. [t:30]

Minor adjustment to the schema to fix a small issue. Updated and Created the rest of the gorm models related to the schema changes of this user story [t:30]

Reviewed sql schema changes with connor to verify were on the same page and that the changes he made make sense. [t:10]
