As a Developer, I want to create a MySQL schema and diagram, so that I can store and use information

Definition of Done

[x] Diagram for database is created
[x] MySql schema is created with constraints

[x] Walk through some example situations of data being passed with most, if not the whole team to ensure that the schema is functioning as desired.

Pulled in all changes, updated changes made in main for an easier merge, verified story requirements completed and started pull request process to be approved by team.

Put the mysql schema create statements into MYSQL workbench, made some changes to the UUID setup, and caught some syntax and referencing errors.

Added in a few startup commands for the schema so that it can be the first file run on the database to set it up.
