The current UML documentation is fragmented and is only for the matlab implementation.

[x] Combine the current UMLs into a clearer version
[x] Create UML documentation for the python implementation (should be similar with some differences)
- [ ] Highlight how python binds to C++ function calls.

Combined updates into one version. Removed excess files. Added python version.
