Attempted to replicate the error via Git BASH and Windows Powershell but was not successful.

Steps taken:

1. Install python on windows and set in PATH environment variables
2. Ran ./clean.sh and ./build.sh scripts using Git BASH and Windows Powershell
3. Open the GoVizzy.ipynb in JupyterLab
