Discussion

Added check boxes to toggle visibility of each of the three slice planes.

Testing

[ ] Run build.sh and make sure new dependencies install in .venv
[ ] Open up the notebook (make sure using the .venv Python kernel)
[ ] Execute the cells, and interact with the three check boxes on the right of the UI, making sure each one properly toggles the visibility of the corresponding slice plane.
