Discussion

Added controls for bond color, visibility, and size.

Testing

[ ] Run build.sh and make sure new dependencies install in .venv
[ ] Open up the notebook (make sure using the .venv Python kernel)
[ ] Execute the cells, an in the meshes tab, interact with bond color, visibility and size controls, and ensure changes are reflected in graph.
