Include 'background' processes to capture general ward/department busyness

E.g. If we want to understand side room usage as a result of a COVID and Flu period, we must also consider elective patients and their admission pathways.

• [ ] Capture elective pathways in separate action cards. Focus on their admission pathways to SR, bays, etc.
• [ ] Consider onwards movement beyond admission (even if at a basic level). How long do different types of patient stay in bays. Does this change based on the bay they are in?
• [ ] Consider MSAU and/or temporary admission bays for patients. Sometimes patients are admitted to a bay in one ward while waiting for a spot in their destination ward. They will then move on when a space becomes available
