Currently, our action cards can specify the order of actions for each patient, however, in this case study we also have regular repeated exercises for staff. For example, every 1 hour, a Nurse should conduct observations on their patient. Need to implement a separate cycle/ schedule for actions like this that can be merged into agent definitions at generation
