Workspace won't load #16

"Something went wrong Failed to start your workspace. Please take a moment to report the problem. Let sysadmins@cs50.harvard.edu know if the problem persists! "

When date and time (UTC) did the problem happen?

Thursday May 2nd 1:39:30

What steps did you follow to reproduce the problem?

  1. step 1 Reloaded
  2. step 2 Exited out and tried again
  3. step 3

Which web browser did you use (including version number)?

Mozilla FIrefox

Which operating system did you use (including version number)?

Linux Mint 19.1

Did you log in to CS50 IDE using the same GitHub account you used to create this issue?

That's interesting! Have you been able to reproduce this problem or was it fixed the next time you visited or reloaded the IDE?

I am having the same problem, It just won't load!

The workspace won't load

It tells me to reload or send a randomly generated code (I think) to "sysadmins@cs50.harvard.edu"

Right, can you post a screenshot of what you see when that happens?

Are you using the latest version of Chrome or Firefox? Do you have any adblockers or other browser extensions installed?

I have an ad blocker installed and i don't think i am using the latest version of chrome

Try upgrading to the latest version of Chrome and disabling all your extensions and your adblocker, then try again!

I know what the problem is, The problem is that I remembered that i reset the root password therefore the system could not login so it would display "an unexpected problem occurred [...] email [randomly generated code] to 'sysadmins@cs50.harvard.edu' if the problem persists"
