swords dance: melee katana 1 block range their 1 150 dmg their 2 200 dmg their 3 reflects what u boost into

psych up: plus a lot of attacks like 50% when at 1/4 or lower tho

platinum core plu 20 defense passively and at 1/4 or lower plus 40% reduction

risk taker: take 25% more dmg but deal 50% more and take 25% of what you deal when at 3/4 or higher

tank crack: plus 10% dmg and speed and defence when you take damage at full hp

grapple updrage: if you miss you have lower cd

scavenger: is get ALL items from kill and faster CDs

Rank limits up to 50 aren't going to happen. Also, you should get a majority to agree on a design before you make the menu. And, Evan already made a perks menu that has most of this done already so it's redundant to make another menu.
