class cool down, missile cool down, and etc, don't look as gud as item cooldowns #449

Details

items have the extra grey background behind the cooldown timer, and when ready, flashes partially white, but the other cooldowns don't. can I get a fix? 🎉 = Aaron fixed (prob 20 mins max to fix, 5 mins minimum) 👍 = bread attempts to fix (failed once before, but I'm smarter so ez) 👎 = deal with it

Just redo the images. It's not the backgrounds that make the game look good. It's the effort you put into the images.

bruh i didnt make the imgs, also this is a real issue. not just an img issue.
