this happens for 4 items: glu, tape: use when below half hp shield: use whenever you don't have a shield active bomb: use whenever in a block, dynamited, usb, or grippled

how this could be used for the other 8 items: blocks: I'm scared of this lol. auto perfect block (spike becomes viable again) airstrike, smoke grenade: nope dyna, usb: auto shoot if it is guaranteed to hit dyna part 2: auto explode if the intended target isn't boosting, and is within range (imagine placing it on some random wall and someone thinks its safe) reflect: probably no bc reflect requires a cell to be useful, but maybe we could make it auto reflect if a missile, usb, or dyna is coming at them.
