Added shebangs to .py files #3

Otherwise each file needs to be called explicitly with "python filename.py", which is valid but confusing.

GitHub also auto-added newlines to the end of each file, which doesn't affect any runtime operations.

thx for the effort. It's good to see, that there are still people out there who want to make stuff better.
