Incorrect link in ROLIE #105

The aggregator has a mistake in https://github.com/csaf-poc/csaf_distribution/blob/082a11f242f039bf7b2595d012f270eeba220d2a/cmd/csaf_aggregator/indices.go#L107

It should be instead:


 csafURL := w.cfg.Domain + "/.well-known/csaf-aggregator/" +
