Support for deploying to Heroku #12

This PR just allows us to deploy to Heroku. I already have an app running with @csaftoiu as the collaborator. It has the scheduler job configured to run the digest script every hour (goes to stdout, email not actually sent).

I'm yet to add support for Postmark, but that can happen in a different PR, after this one gets merged.

Actually, never mind. I'll polish it up further and add Postmark support before opening one single PR.
