Proper fall-back text-only version #6

Ideally the sent emails should be multi-part, with text as the first part and html as the second part. The text would be an acceptable rendering of the html.

Not sure if this is worth supporting, though.

Closing this for now, I prefer having the extra space available for more messages per email.
