add: run vacuum in cleanup #174

as (most of) cleanup now runs once a day: 
add vacuum (for sqlite).
vacuum might take some time, but this is not a problem if this runs only one 
time a day.

For my database, size approx 450Mb, 1.5 million ta records, 14 days history. 
Vacuum takes about 10 minutes each night after cleanup. Database size reduces 
20 - 30 Mb.
